What is the typical delivery timeframe for a new sofa?
Most of our handcrafted sofas are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. Custom-made pieces may take slightly longer, and you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Do you offer a trial period for your furniture?
Yes, we offer a 30-day 'Love Your Sofa' guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus a nominal collection fee.
Are your fabrics pet-friendly and easy to clean?
Absolutely. We offer a specific range of high-performance, stain-resistant fabrics designed to withstand pets and children. Most spills can be easily cleaned with just water and a microfiber cloth.
What kind of warranty comes with a SofaSofa® product?
Every SofaSofa® frame comes with a comprehensive 15-year structural guarantee, covering you against any manufacturing defects in the timber or construction.
Can I request fabric swatches before I buy?
We encourage it! You can order up to 6 fabric swatches for free through our website to see how the colors and textures look in your own home lighting.
Do you offer assembly services upon delivery?
Yes, our two-man delivery team provides a 'White Glove' service which includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
